Glenn Arnold has extensive experience working with people offering career guidance and planning and managing client relationships with major organisations. Prior to establishing Arnold Group Australia, Glenn had over 17 years experience in operational Insurance and Recruitment management positions for medium and large service organisations. Central to these positions was working with people to achieve individual and organisational objectives. Initially, responding to a gap in the Victorian market for a recruitment provider conversant with the practices of Insurance and Safety, Glenn believes in the capability to deliver an unparalleled personalised service, Glenn Arnold, founder and owner, established Arnold Group Australia in 2002 following a notable career employed in the Insurance and Recruitment sectors.
Now into its seventh year of operation, Arnold Group Australia under Glenn’s stewardship continues to grow and succeed, expanding its superior service to clients nationwide.

Joe Ruggiero has an extensive background in general and personal injury insurance over 25 years. He has held a number of senior management roles across various operational functions of insurance. As a senior manager in the insurance sector Joe has an understanding of the technical skills required to meet the variety of different roles in the insurance sector which has made him a successful recruiter over the past 10 years. Joe recognizes the importance of ensuring “the right cultural fit” with candidates and prospective employers. This approach has been of paramount importance to Joe’s recruiting methodology. During Joe’s time in recruitment he has forged very strong relationships with major Insurers, WorkCover Agents, Self Insurers and Brokers. Joe’s strong network of clients has led to his ongoing successful reputation in recruitment.
